Payment

We accept all major Credit and Debit Cards, UPIs, several wallets, as well as Cash on Delivery. Our payment gateway partner, razorpay ensures secure transactions for every payment method, prioritising the safety of your transactions.

Store Credits are a form of value we offer for returned items. When we receive your returned product, we'll credit your Parman Account with Store Credits that are equal to the original purchase value. These credits can be used towards future purchases on our website, ensuring a flexible and convenient shopping experience.

Delivery and Returns

Your order will be processed, shipped, and delivered within 5-7 business days. Our team takes great care in packaging your beautiful silver jewellery to ensure it reaches you safely and in pristine condition. Once it's dispatched, you'll receive an email confirmation with tracking details for your convenience. If you have any queries, feel free to reach out to us anytime

No, we do not provide international shipping services at this time. Our shipping services are limited to domestic destinations only as we’re focused on ensuring a seamless and prompt delivery experience within our current region. However, we are exploring our options for potentially expanding in the future, so stay tuned.

While we do not allow returns, exchanging your purchase is a breeze! In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can simply avail our convenient 7-day Exchange Policy to ensure that you only match up with products that you fully resonate with. This will be facilitated through Store Credits, ensuring a hassle-free shopping experience.

Warranty & Repair

Absolutely! We provide a 6 Month Warranty on all our silver jewellery, safeguarding against discolouration, defects, cracks, and breakages during this period. It's important to note that this warranty specifically covers our silver alone and does not extend to the stones in your product.

Our guarantee covers one-time replacements for any damage or malfunction resulting from the normal wear of your purchased item. If the exact item is unavailable, you have the option to exchange it for another product of equal or lesser value. Please be aware, that damages caused by user mishandling, like scratches, accidental breakage, or water damage, are not covered under this warranty.

If a defect arises due to a manufacturer's fault within the warranty period, please contact us with a picture or video of the defective item and our team will instruct you on your next steps in availing the warranty. 

Parman reserves the right, within legal boundaries, to:

  • Repair the product using new or refurbished parts.
  • Replace the product with a new item of equivalent value.
  • Provide a refund for all or part of the purchase price in the form of Store Credits.

Absolutely! We're currently developing a Buyback Policy that takes into account the silver’s value. This would allow you to easily sell your jewellery back to us. Stay tuned for more updates on this policy.

All our jewellery pieces are rhodium-plated, which helps to prevent the oxidation of silver. While this plating helps, extended wear might lead to some darkening and dullness over time. Kindly refer to our care guide for tips to best prevent this. Also, note that we offer a 6 Month Warranty on all our silver jewellery. Read more about it in our Warranty FAQ.
