We diligently process all orders within a standard timeframe of 2 working days. Following the processing period, we entrust your package to our reliable delivery partners, chosen for their commitment to safe handling and speedy delivery. Depending on your location, here is what you can expect:

• Metros: Approximately 3-5 working days
• Non-Metros: Roughly 5-7 working days

Please take into account that orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will commence processing on the subsequent business day.

Exchanges:  We offer an easy 7-day <exchange policy>. Ensure that the items are in unworn, brand-new condition and reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are given in the form of Store Credits. 

Damaged Items:  If you receive a product with any defects or abnormalities, we provide full refunds, no questions asked. The refund will be issued to your original source of payment.  

Returns and Refunds:  We do not entertain Returns for any product. All sales are final, except when you receive a damaged product. Also, all exchanges are applicable through Store Credits only. This means you won't receive a cash refund, but rather, you'll receive Store Credits that you can use to make future purchases.

Responsibility for Lost or Damaged Packages: Parman is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during the return shipping process. It's essential to ensure the package is securely shipped.
