• Metros: Approximately 3-5 working days
• Non-Metros: Roughly 5-7 working days

Exchanges:  We offer an easy 7-day <exchange policy>. Ensure that the items are in unworn, brand-new condition and reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are given in the form of Store Credits. 

Damaged Items:  If you receive a product with any defects or abnormalities, we provide full refunds, no questions asked. The refund will be issued to your original source of payment.  

Returns and Refunds:  We do not entertain Returns for any product. All sales are final, except when you receive a damaged product. Also, all exchanges are applicable through Store Credits only. This means you won't receive a cash refund, but rather, you'll receive Store Credits that you can use to make future purchases.

Responsibility for Lost or Damaged Packages: Parman is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during the return shipping process. It's essential to ensure the package is securely shipped.
